Walk With U - Guided Walk Headquarters Forest Preserve

Join a health care professional from UW Health for a fun guided walk at Headquarters Forest Preserve! Spending time outdoors can improve memory, fight depression, lower blood pressure, and much more!
This program is brought to you in partnership with FPWC, UW Health, and UICM.
This event is FREE and open to all ages. Leashed dogs are welcome.
