Pec Wetlands (Pecatonica Rd Start) GRAVEL Ride 12:30PM

This 27.6-mile ride has approximately 17 miles of gravel. This is an intermediate rather than beginner level gravel ride due to total length and number of miles of gravel. Gravel rides are not safe to be ridden on a road bike. A gravel, mountain, or other bikes with 38mm or wider tires are recommended.

The ride starts at the Pecatonica Wetlands parking lot on Pecatonica Road. Note! Google maps does not show this parking lot. If you look at the map in satellite view you can see the lot on the west side of the road just north of Pecatonica. If you cross the bridge you've gone too far.

There is no food or drink on this route. You will need to bring your own snacks and 40 ounces or more of water is recommended. We will break along the route as needed. No one will be left behind.
