Bike ride from the YMCA Downtown Rockford 9:00 AM

A casual ride starting at the Rockford Downtown YMCA. Distance of about 29 miles, lead by Kurt Untersee and will/may include a loop through Rock Cut State Park and the new bike trail there. We did this loop last Thursday and it is really nice.
